    • 347 RQG supports NASA operations

      The 347th Rescue Group, Moody Air Force Base, supported NASA and the first Crewed Flight Test of the Boeing CST-100 Starliner that launched from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida, June 5, 2024. Team Moody's role was to provide contingency rescue coverage during all phases of the spaceflight, focusing mostly on long-range maritime search and rescue.

Whether it be contingency response crews at forward-deployed locations relaying information or Air Traffic Control tower personnel clearing the skies - every mission depends on the 379th Expeditionary Communications Squadron.

    • Exercise READY DRAGON tests Beale’s readiness to deploy, operate

      The 9th Reconnaissance Wing (RW) executed Exercise READY DRAGON on June 3-6 to test the wing's ability to rapidly deploy down range.
