Image Usage Agreement
You are requesting to use copyrights and/or trademarks (“intellectual property”) belonging to Air Force Training Support Services, such as and not limited to artwork, photographs, insignia, names and logos (collectively the “Air Force Training Support Services Images”). Each piece of Air Force Training Support Services intellectual property is a valuable asset, and the rights in such intellectual property are the property of Air Force Training Support Services. You help us protect these intellectual property rights by accepting this Agreement. Although the basic image design may be in the public domain, the images available from Air Force Training Support Services are specifically created by Air Force Training Support Services and are not considered in the public domain for public use without consent from Air Force Training Support Services.
You May NOT:
- Re-sell as an individual image, a collection or part of a collection, modified or unmodified graphics purchased from Air Force Training Support Services. Modification includes but not limited to: file format changes, coloration changes, image object rearrangement or text addition or rearrangement.
- Use the Air Force Training Support Services Images to create pornographic, libelous, obscene or defamatory images.
- Directly link to images hosted on any Air Force Training Support Services website.
- Remove or crop out the copyright or trademark notice from Air Force Training Support Services Images.
- Insert your own copyright or trademark notice on Air Force Training Support Services Images, or otherwise imply that the Air Force Training Support Services Images or Air Force Training Support Services’ products are your images or products.
- Use the Air Force Training Support Services Images on your website without appropriate attribution of Air Force Training Support Services’ ownership.
- Use or authorize the use of the Air Force Training Support Services Images on a third-party site, including Internet auction sites such as eBay.
- State or imply that you are an “authorized” retailer, that Air Force Training Support Services has endorsed your website or store, that there is any Air Force Training Support Services product exclusive to you, that your website or store is “official” with respect to Air Force Training Support Services or its brands or that your website or store is an Air Force Training Support Services site or store.
- Use or authorize the use of, sell, share, or give away, any Air Force Training Support Images to any third parties except for the purposes of creating the advertising or in-store promotional materials permitted by this Agreement.
Your use of the Air Force Training Support Services Images means you promise that you will not interfere with Air Force Training Support Services’ rights, including challenging Air Force Training Support Services’ use, registration of, or application to register such rights, alone or in combination with other words, logos, artwork or photographs, anywhere in the world; that you will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any Air Force Training Support Services intellectual property; and that you will not apply any Air Force Training Support Services intellectual property to any item, whether for sale or not, except as expressly permitted by this agreement.
The goodwill derived from using an Air Force Training Support Services trademark exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to Air Force Training Support Services. Except for the limited rights expressly permitted under this Agreement, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise. Any use of Air Force Training Support Services’ intellectual property in violation of the foregoing provisions shall result in the automatic termination for cause of this Agreement and all your rights hereunder, without notice to you and subject you to legal action.
